Acquiring the ashes of Alar in WoW: Dragonflight is one of the most sought-after mounts in the game. Here’s a small guide on how to get this beauty:
The Ashes of Al’ar Mount is dropped by Kael’thas Sunstrider, the final boss in The Eye, a raid instance in Tempest Keep. You’ll need to defeat him to have a chance at obtaining the ashes. With the current level cap of 70, It’s possible to solo the raid at maximum level.

If you’re lucky, Kael’thas will drop the Ashes of Al’ar after being defeated. However, note that the drop rate for the ashes is extremely low, roughly 2% according to most sources. This means you will most likely need to run the raid multiple times before you see the ashes.
